Storybook Character Day PreK-5

PreK3 & 4 parade 10am. K-8 parade 1:30pm. Grades PreK to 5 have the opportunity to dress up as their favorite book character. Character must be from a book (not movie or cartoon). Child grades 1-5 should be able to describe why that character was chosen. Encouraged to bring copy of book. NOT ALLOWED: gruesome, violent, or frightening. No weapons or dangerous costume props. No mask/face paint. Examples of NOT ALLOWED: Superhero books, Goosebumps characters, Monsters, Ghosts, Goblin characters. ACCEPTABLE examples: Fancy Nancy, Dr. Seuss, Pete the Cat, Cinderella, Harry Potter, Peter Pan.
